    • 1/2 scoop grass fed cinnamon vanilla swirl protein powder
    • Handful spinach
    • 1/2 banana
    • 1 teaspoon flax seed
    • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 300ml water
    • Handful of ice cubes
  • METHOD
    • Throw all ingredients into a blender adding the ice cubes last to keep the smoothie cool and crunchy.
