There was also a small hiccup with the delivery but messaging these guys directly is definitely worth it for help. How many other companies are not contactable when something like this happens.

I have used creatine products in the past and I really didn't see any strength and size gains, but I've only been using icon creatine performance just over a week and I can honestly say I have been amazed at how I've seen such strength and size gains in a short period of time, I realise that creatine will increase water retention but as muscle mass is 80% water, I'm sure that the increase in muscle size has definitely helped with my strength too.

I decided to try Hibernate after reading the product description and benefits, I like to have a drink before turning in for the night but obviously caffeine is not good before you sleep. I certainly sleep well after my mug of hot chocolate! Before I started using Hibernate I would struggle to fall asleep so it really helps me get a good nights rest.

Every morning I rise earlier to walk my dog and we will be out for two or sometimes three hours and I am always full of energy, whereas before I would always need a strong coffee to get me moving so I can only put this down to hibernate. The product itself mixes easily and tasted just like hot chocolate, I will try making it will milk just to see what it's like and a few extra calories won't hurt and with milk being one of the best post exercise drinks available it fits in with my training regime . Give it a try if you want a hot chocolate drink that will support your training and not worry about the high sugar and fat content of ready made products.

Excellent service from Icon nutrition, i use the molten chocolate and strawberry milkshave flavours, and I'm temptedcto use the new salted caramel flavour too, I also use the hibernate double chocolate brownie, as a pre sleep drink. All are excellent quality.
