Been wanting a protein snack type supplement for during the day when I can't get any proper lunchtime break but standard whey proteins were too quick a hit unless I loaded the shake with bananas and nuts etc and is not always convenient in the short time I would have in these situations.

I used a casein supplement around 30 years ago called Casilan which is no longer available so I was chuffed to see the Hibernate product.

As expected, the casein protein combined with MCTs is precisely what I needed.

It's great for the lunchtime snack if my lunchbreak is cut short or my day schedule is totally disrupted.
It keeps me going 'till home time whereas a whey supplement was constantly falling short I'm leaving me craving all sorts of junk until I could get home.

It's also great one hour before bedtime and you get a good sustained trickle of protein overnight as is intended with the product.

I no longer wake in the morning ravenous and looking for the inevitable sugary breakfast cereals and instead can take my time preparing a good solid, nutritional breakfast.

The double chocolate brownie flavour is very satisfying either on its own or with your favorite ''throw ins"👍👍
