I purchased my pre season supplements from ICON last year, I felt the best I’d had in years. This all aided in me finishing 4th in the world at the Adaptive CrossFit Games!

Having tried my 1st tub of the smaller Cookies & Cream (and loved it!) I decided to set up an account as I'd be using Icon a lot into the future.

Not quite sure what happened, probably using a small screened smartphone I guess, but my address went onto account incorrectly to a nearby address which is renowned for accepting misdelivered post and then denying receipt.

Panicking, late at night, I figured I'd drop a WhatsApp message and try chasing it up the following morning during normal office hours.

I got a WhatsApp reply in about 10 minutes!
It wasn't auto reply , has a quick chat, things got corrected by pulling my order and reinserting it with the correct address AND my order still arrived quickly😃

This fills a gap in my daily supplementing routine, namely the evening - it's an excellent idea to produce a slow-release protein-based drink that's formulated to drink at night for slow recovery. It tastes great too, with a real nighttime drink kind of feel; I went for the cinnamon swirl flavour, which make a really nice alternative to cocoa-based nighttime drinks.The fine, dry powder mixes really well even in the hand shaker, no lumps or bumps. It might be an additional use case, but I found it delicious added to porridge in the morning too, so it's not just for nighttime drinks! You can make up a more than acceptable drink with just water and powder alone, but it's even nicer with milk, I found. It's well packaged and feels like a solid, quality brand. I'd buy this again for the flavour and the slow-release protein profile - a really nice addition to the daily intake at a time I wouldn't normally think to supplement protein.

the chocolate brownie flavour is nice but quite sweet, i have experimented in making brownies using this, putting it in porridge or having it as a drink as it mixes in really nicely so no grit of powder lumps. Its good for slow-release recovery so optional if you want to take it at night. its got approx 30 servings so cost effective

A good quality recovery protein, you don't necessarily have to have it at nighttime, just after your workouts. You can have it as a hot or cold drink or add it to yogurt or porridge. The chocolate brownie flavour is lovely and makes it a lot more pleasant. Very happy with this.

I ordered this looking to maintain my joint performance. It is easy to drink with my regular protein powder and I can't taste a difference mixing it with the protein powder. I like the ingredients of glucosamine and collagen so I don't need to take the glucosamine separately. It is priced at £29.99 at the time of review for 30 servings, which I think is reasonable considering the quality.

Quality ingredients, easy to use, dissolves well and works well. Recommended.

This is my second tub and definitely notice the benefits! It’s a product that works gradually over a few weeks, so don’t expect an instant effect like you might get from a pre-workout. But trust me, the results are worth it and my knee pain is completely gone now, which is amazing!I’ve seen a few comments about the taste, but honestly, it’s not a standalone drink. It’s meant to be mixed with something else, like juice or a protein shake.When you use it as intended, it blends perfectly with other flavours, with no clumps or weird aftertaste. I combine it with the Icon Whey which is a great match!The ingredients in the muscle and joint are really impressive too.

Hibernate has been perfect for my recovery. The 24g of micellar casein works overnight, and I wake up refreshed with less muscle soreness. I love that it’s made from 100% grass-fed milk and includes MCTs for a metabolism boost. It’s versatile too. I’ve enjoyed it as a warm drink, a shake, and even a mousse. The minimal sweetness is just right, making it a clean and delicious addition to my nightly routine. Hibernate has become a staple in my nightly routine, and it’s truly transformed how I recover and prepare for the next day. If you’re looking for a clean, effective and delicious night time protein, this is it. Highly recommend it!

What I quite like about this bedtime casein shake is that the flavour is actually pretty mild, not overloaded with the sweeteners etc which for something to swig shortly before going to bed is better in my opinion.It mixes ok, will stick to the sides of the shaker more so than a whey shake just due to the nature of casein and is easy to drink.Nutritional profile is great, take a look - happy to recommend.
