Excellent product, easy to mix and consume, I sometimes mix it with some yoghurt for dessert, and it makes a great pre training shake, I add, half a banana some coffee granules and a spoonful of peanut butter blend up and enjoy. I wish there was a banana flavour version, just to mix things up a bit. Of course you can just mix as per the instructions which works perfectly post training. Delivery was quick too.

About the quality of the creatine I have no doubt because they use CREPURE.
Despite being a monohydrate creatine, it works perfectly for me and does not give me any issue, also, it very effective. I have used to many brands but all of them gave me bad stomach issue. It mixes perfectly and you can mix with anything

I personally rate this product 10 out of 10 for flavour, texture, digestion and effectiveness!

It’s really refreshing to come across a real product that is not loaded with fillers and additives. No bloating and absorbs really well. Flavour is not over sweet and tastes great. Over all cannot fault what so ever. 10/10 💪

I love this product and use it for Pre Wod if doing an early one.

This is easy to digest and nice fruity flavour so easy to stomache when you have just woken up.

The ratio and fast digestion is perfect for drinking an hour or less before working out. So for me I get up at 6 & train at 7 and this gives me just what I need
