This is easy to digest and nice fruity flavour so easy to stomache when you have just woken up.
The ratio and fast digestion is perfect for drinking an hour or less before working out. So for me I get up at 6 & train at 7 and this gives me just what I need

I've bought icon creatine many times. I know creatine monohydrate is a standard creatine throughout all companies but for some reason I always feel stronger using icon creatine.

Cookies and Cream tastes spot on. Really feel a difference when taking this whilst training compared to when I don’t. I feel my muscles recover quicker and it provides me with some good energy levels as well.
I have a scoop of this in my breakfast shake in the mornings. It mixes in great and tastes amazing. Imagine a cinnamon bun in liquid form! Thoroughly recommend :)

After trying a number of different brands for 100% grass fed whey protein powder I can highly recommend the Molten Chocolate flavour from Icon Nutrition. The ingredients are super clean and not nasties. It's easy to mix with water on it's own or in a smoothie with milk/oat milk, banana, ground oats and frozen raspberry! I especially like the 2.27kg tub and the price which is way lower than other brands. Just about to place my second order now.
