I purchased my pre season supplements from ICON last year, I felt the best I’d had in years. This all aided in me finishing 4th in the world at the Adaptive CrossFit Games!

Having tried my 1st tub of the smaller Cookies & Cream (and loved it!) I decided to set up an account as I'd be using Icon a lot into the future.

Not quite sure what happened, probably using a small screened smartphone I guess, but my address went onto account incorrectly to a nearby address which is renowned for accepting misdelivered post and then denying receipt.

Panicking, late at night, I figured I'd drop a WhatsApp message and try chasing it up the following morning during normal office hours.

I got a WhatsApp reply in about 10 minutes!
It wasn't auto reply , has a quick chat, things got corrected by pulling my order and reinserting it with the correct address AND my order still arrived quickly😃

Seems the Guys at Icon are never 'out of office'.
