5 REP MAX SNATCH*

30 CAL ROW

3 REP MAX SNATCH*

10 CAL ROW

1 REP MAX SNATCH*

TIME CAP 14 MINUTES *Power, Split or Squat snatches are acceptable.

*Snatches must be unbroken. If you fail to complete 5 or 3 unbroken snatches at the first attempt you may try again within the time cap provided

 

Example WOD Score 

50 CAL ROW

5 REP MAX SNATCH at 40kg = 200kg total

30 CAL ROW

3 REP MAX SNATCH at 50kg = 150kg total

10 CAL ROW

1 REP MAX SNATCH at 60kg = 60kg total

 

Total WOD score = 410kg
