Going up in 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12... etc
Lunges (alternating, each leg)
Inch worm hand walk out
Jumping Jacks
2 minute rest
Reset the ladder for each AMRAP. Complete 4 times
30 Minute EMOM
1) 15 Press-ups,

3) 15 Left arm curls*
4) 15 Right arm curls*
5) 15 KB Swings*
*use a paint tin or food tins or fill a bag with stuff to create the weight for the workout, plenty of variation
