Push up

Mountain climbers

Full sit ups

Jumping squats

100 air squats 

100 press-ups 

100 sit-ups for time 


For Time: 

1 mile run

100 Alt DB Squat Snatch

1 mile run

4 Rounds: 4 minute ascending ladder

Going up in 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12... etc

Lunges (alternating, each leg)

Inch worm hand walk out

Jumping Jacks

2 minute rest

Reset the ladder for each AMRAP. Complete 4 times


30 Minute EMOM 

1) 15 Press-ups, 

2) 15 Burpees, 

3) 15 Left arm curls*

4) 15 Right arm curls*

5) 15 KB Swings*

*use a paint tin or food tins or fill a bag with stuff to create the weight for the workout, plenty of variation


100-80-60-40-20 DU's

50-40-30-20-10 Sit-up


15mins AMRAP

Going Up in 3, 6, 9, 12 etc 

3 Squats 
3 Burpees

6 Squats
6 Burpees



9 min AMRAP

Going Up in 3, 6, 9, 12 etc 

3 Burpees
3 Jumping lunges
3 Handstand push ups

 6,6,6...9,9,9...12,12,12...and so on


50 rounds for Time

4 Squat Jumps
1 Burpee



DB Clean and Jerk
Burpees over DB
