1 Scoop ICON Nutrition Grass Fed Whey Protein (Cinnamon Vanilla Swirl)
10g Coconut Flour 15g Pumpkin
45g Unsweetened Apple Sauce
70g Egg Whites
2g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
2g Baking Powder
5g Sprinkles Optional Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or water)

FOR PROTEIN ICING
15g ICON Nutrition Grass Fed Whey Protein (Chocolate Peanut Butter)
5g Coconut Flour
6g Powdered PB
2g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
Optional Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or water

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat your oven to 180 C / 350 degrees F.

Mix your donut ingredients in a bowl until you get a thick but not too thick consistency. Add the batter to your donut pan. I used my mini angel food cake pan and it worked amazing. Place your pan in the oven for about 10- 12 minutes or until the tops of the donuts are no longer liquidy.

2. While those are cooking, mix all of your dry protein icing ingredients in a bowl to avoid clumping. Slowly add in your almond milk or water until you get a nice, thick icing consistency. Add that to the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

3. When your donuts are done, add them to your cooling rack to ensure they cool evenly to room temperature.

4. Once both have cooled, add your frosting and toppings.
