Low GI Protein Brownie Recipe by ICON Nutrition

4 Oz Dark Chocolate
2 Medium Sweet Potatoes
1/4 Cup Honey
3 Whole Free Range Eggs
1/4 Cup Organic Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 Scoop Molten Chocolate grass fed ICON Nutrition protein powder
1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Low Salt
1/4 Cup Chopped Mixed Nuts
Boil sweet potato for 5-7 mins
Melt dark chocolate in the coconut oil over boiling water.
Blend sweet potato in food processor until smooth.
Add rest of ingredients on list above plus melted dark chocolate and oil.
Pour blended mixture into greased baking tray.
Bake at 150°C  for 35-40 minutes.
