Ingredients

  • 550g whole-wheat flour
  • 70g protein powder (Preferably ICON Nutrition's grass fed 100% whey protein powder)
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 x Sweetener dissolved in a tiny amount of hot water
  • 350g peanut butter
  • 100ml honey
  • 2 x egg whites
 
Method

  • Mix flour, protein powder, baking soda and set aside
  • Mix honey and peanut butter then then add egg whites beat well
  • Stir flour mixture into wet mixture
  • Drop dough from teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet
  • Flatten (or design your shape)
  • If your mixture is too dry add a a dash of milk
  • Vanilla extract can also be added to slightly develop/change the flavour as required
  • Bake at 190-200 degrees C for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned
  • Serve
Makes 36 cookies (Can freeze some for later)
