Protein Mug Cake - the dieters delight by ICON Nutrition

The perfect recipe if you just fancy something different with your whey protein!

1 Scoop ICON Nutrition 100% Whey Protein Evolution cinnamon vanilla/chocolate whey protein powder
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
1 tsp sugar or sugar substitute (I use Spleda for baking)
1/4 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 egg white
1 Tbsp skimmed milk
1 Tbsp peanut butter

Mix all the dry ingredients in a mug (protein powder, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt) with a fork until well blended. Add in the egg and milk and mix until it becomes a smooth batter make sure you've got all of it cause dry powder at the bottom tastes VILE. Press the peanut butter into the center of the mixture to submerge. Microwave until it reaches the desired constancy, it will bubble over smaller mugs so watch it! We use the BIG Starbucks mug! It is okay if not all the batter has cooked, I quite like the middle to be gooey!
