Healthy Red Velvet Protein Smoothie

  • INGREDIENTS
    • 1 scoop of either Molten Chocolate or Cinnamon Vanilla Swirl Whey Protein
    • 1/2 beetroot
    • 1/2 fresh avocado
    • 1 tablespoon of honey
    • 300ml almond milk
    • 4 teaspoons of cocoa powder
    • 1 teaspoon flax seed (optional)
    • Handful of ice cubes
  • METHOD
    • Throw all ingredients into a blender adding the ice cubes last to keep the smoothie cool and crunchy.
    • Blend until mixture reaches desired consistency.
    • Enjoy immediately after for maximum taste.
